Hi! I’m Danielle, and thanks for stopping by my small space on the internet! I decided to start this blog because I truly love fashion and consider it an art form. (I’m also, a sucker for a good pair of high-waisted pants.) I like to think my style is more street-forward and edgy, but I love a good classic black dress.
Just a few little bits about Danielle
I currently live in Shreveport, Louisiana, but grew up half of my life in Dallas. Texas has my heart! I’m a recent college grad and spent four years at Ole Miss (go Rebels!), and loved every moment in sweet Oxford, Mississippi. Fall is my favorite time of the year because it’s football season, and you can find me in a Cowboys jersey on Sundays and in red and blue to cheer on my alma mater on Saturdays.
Curled up on the couch with a good book is where you’ll find me on a rainy afternoon, and you might find me in my favorite Anthropologie pajamas too. Candles are my love language, and a Cyprès candle from Dyptique is always burning in my kitchen. I really enjoy cooking, and occasionally you’ll see a recipe here. Hello homemade cookies!
Believe it or not, I haven’t straightened my hair in years; I really like my natural wavy hair (and it’s so easy!). I keep the same Chanel lipstick in each purse, and can’t leave the house without the accessory that is held closest to my heart: my great-grandmother’s wedding ring.
